Most comfy beds we’ve slept in since being in Europe.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We enjoyed a refreshing swim in the Aare river. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay smooth. Our comfort room was spacious, and the location was perfect for exploring. Don't forget to try the breakfast, even if it’s a bit unusual. Highly recommend this place!

We had trouble finding the public parking garage, which took us about 40 minutes. It would be helpful if they provided a map to make it easier for guests.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, just a short walk from the train station and main attractions. The room was spacious and modern, equipped with a coffee machine and a kitchenette, which I really appreciated for extra convenience. Staff always greeted me with a smile and were quick to help with recommendations and directions. However, the air conditioning did struggle to keep the room cool during the afternoon, and the bathroom, while clean, could use a bit more space as it felt cramped. The complimentary minibar was a nice touch, especially after a long day of exploring. Breakfast was decent but a bit pricey for what was offered, and I found the selection a bit limited. Despite the minor issues, my stay was enjoyable and comfortable. I'd stay here again for the great location and attentive service.

Staying with my five adult children was a blast! The breakfast buffet had a ton of options that we all enjoyed, and the location was perfect for exploring the old town and nearby attractions. We even had a refreshing swim in the Aare river, which was a highlight!

My wife says that a mirror near the plug sockets would have been great for getting ready with five adults sharing space.

From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome from the hostess set the tone for our stay. The upgraded room was a treat, and we appreciated its cleanliness and modern decor. Proximity to the train station made exploring the area a breeze. Don’t miss the delicious breakfast options!

Convenient location for exploring the city.

My stay was severely impacted by the elevator situation. Only one elevator servicing all floors made it a nightmare, especially during peak times. I had to navigate multiple flights of stairs with heavy luggage, and when I asked for assistance, it was too slow to arrive. Additionally, the surroundings were noisy, making it difficult to get any rest.

A lovely surprise at check-in

Upon arrival, the staff greeted us warmly with complimentary drink vouchers. Our room was cozy and bright, and the location was perfect for exploring the city’s attractions.

However, street noise seeped in at night, making it tough to fall asleep with our window open. The air conditioning was a bit inadequate for a hot night.

Oh my gosh, the local culinary scene is a feast! We sampled fresh veggies straight from Bern's markets, and the nearby restaurants like Nooch Asian Kitchen are superb. Plus, the staff at Savoy really knew how to ensure our stay was flipping awesome! We couldn’t resist opting for an extra night just to soak it all in.

Just close those windows, and it’s smooth sailing. The hotel still managed to keep its charm despite that little twist.

The room was really spacious with comfortable beds and a great view of the city streets. The bathroom had a fantastic rainfall shower and was modern. I appreciated the coffee machine and complimentary bottled water. Breakfast had a nice range of options, including local cheeses and pastries.

The location is phenomenal, just a quick stroll from the main transport hub and all the major sights! My spacious Standard Double Room was delightfully modern, featuring an espresso machine for that perfect morning boost. The incredible service truly stood out, especially Patrick who went above and beyond with personalized local tips, such a gem!
